Nonetheless, it pays to be aware that while your items are in transit and/or storage, they are subject to several inherent risks that are beyond our control.

Limit of Liability – Should you have owner-packed possessions, fail to provide us with an insurance declaration of value, or do not require insurance coverage, in the event of loss or damage to your goods brought on by our negligence or breach of contract, our liability to you shall be limited to the amount necessary to repair or replace those goods, up to a maximum liability of £40 per item.
